® A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION IN THE
2001 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriation in the following departments in the 2001 budget for the City of Greencastle:
Department - Council
$4,200.00 From 101005315 Cable Access to 101005318 Channel 2 Coordinator
Department - Park
$ 500.00
From 204001114 Seasonal Maintenance to 204001118 Overtime
$1,000.00
From 204001293 First Aid Supplies to 204001235 Repair Parts
0 $ 6e8:00
From204II0- 134- 3- MaLket Master -to 20400.111 -2- Assistant Recreation- Directer
$2,000.00
From 204001370 Rentals to 204001365 Facilities Maintenance
$1,000.00
From 204001399 Travel & Training to 204001365 Facilities Maintenance
$ 61.00
From 204001399 Travel & Training to 204001447 Park Maintenance Building
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
2001.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than the amount set out in the
® budget as finally determined.
The Clerk- Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
copy of this Resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana
this 14th day of August 2001.
