OF PLAINFIELD REGARDING LIQUOR LICENSES.

AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL AND
KENDALL COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, THIS 21ST DAY OF MARCH, 2007.

CHAPTER 4
ARTICLE 2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLAINFIELD REGARDING LIQUOR LICENSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
Sec. 1: That Chapter 4, Arkicle 2, Section 4-22 (1) of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended by increasing the number of Class B liquor licenses from
three (3) to four (4).
That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby amended.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval,
and publication as required by law.
This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 2631.
PASSED THIS 19 DAY OF MARCH 2007.
