FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF GATEWAY
CIRCLE AND 135T" STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD,
WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Jeffrey Austin has requested a variance to permit placement of a fence
in the corner side yard setback; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals have made the following findings based
upon the evidence presented to it:
A. The variance is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of this chapter.

exceptional hardships due to the special and unusual conditions that are not generally
found on other properties in the same zoning district.

conditions allowed by this chapter.
D. The variance, if granted, will not alter the essential character of the
neighborhood and will not be a substantial detriment to adjacent property.
