Madam President and members of the Board of Works,
The Richmond Police Department hired three new members on Monday, August 10,
2020. Kyle Slick, Cody Phillips, and John Allen were sworn in on Monday as
probationary patrol officers by Mayor Snow.
We respectfully request the certification of appointment by the Richmond Board of
Public Works for these three new officers.
