RESOLUTION 1-2020
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARMENT OF
INFRASTRUCTURE AND DEVELOPMENT TO EXECUTE LOAN
DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE REVOLVING LOAN FUND BOARD
WHEREAS, The City of Richmond, Indiana, by and through its Community and
Economic Development Loan Fund Board (hereinafter "Revolving Loan
Fund Board" or "RLF Board") is the designated recipient of certain funds
to undertake activities which are consistent with the provisions of Chapter
61 of the Richmond City Code; and
WHEREAS, The RLF Board wishes to continue to allow the staff of the RLF Board,
specifically the Director of the Department of Tnfrastructure and
Development, or his or her designee, to execute any and all loan documents
created in connection with loans that are duly approved by the RLF Board.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Richmond Community
and Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund Board (hereinafter "RLF Board') as
follows:
1. The Director of the Department of Infrastructure and Development, or his
or her designee, is authorized to execute any and all loan documents created in connection
with loans that are duly approved by the RLF Board.
