A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT CAL -CARD PURCHASE
SUMMARY REPORTS ON A QUARTERLY BASIS
WHEREAS, at the September 4, 2012 meeting, staff presented a Cal-Card
Purchase Summary report for the period of January 2012 through July 2012; and
WHEREAS, staff was directed to bring back a resolution directing Cal -Card
Purchase Summary reports be submitted on a quarterly basis; and
WHEREAS, to maintain a level of transparency, staff will provide a detailed
summary of all purchases made by the City Manager, Director of 'Human Resources,
Director of Public Works, and Accounting /Auditing Supervisor with their assigned Cal -
Cards on a quarterly basis, which will be presented to Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood direct the City
Manager to prepare and submit Cal -Card Purchase Summary reports to the City
Council for placement on City Council public agendas on a quarterly basis.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18 day of September, 2012.
