A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE 2023
CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MERRICK &
COMPANY
WHEREAS, the attached agreement contracts Merrick & Company to provide
Construction Management and Construction Inspection services for the Town.
HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Manager is authorized to sign the attached Proposal for 2023 Construction
Management and Inspection Services.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
