COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,INDIANA,

The Common Council of the City of Richmond,Indiana,met in a meeting of the Committee of the
Whole in the Council Chambers in the City Municipal Building, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond,
Indiana.
Present were Councilors Doug Goss, Bill Engle; Jeff Cappa; Jeffrey Locke; Gary Turner; Jane
Bumbalough; and Larry Parker. Absent were Councilors Kelley Cruse-Nicholson and Ron Oler.
Vice President Parker presided.
The purpose of this meeting was to hear the proposed 2021 Deparluiental budgets.
