AMENDING AREA DESIGNATING URBAN ENTERPRISE ZONE
WHEREAS, by Ordinance #95 -6 adopted February 2, 1995, the Borough established an
Urban Enterprise Zone; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the heretofore designated Urban
Enterprise Zone be revised and the aforesaid Ordinance #95 -6 be amended, so that as so
revised and amended there shall be included within the Urban Enterprise Zone the
following parcels of conunercial real property previously owned by the Borough and
currently privately owned:
Block & Lot
7402 Lot 1.03
7402 Lot 1.04
7402 Lot 1.05
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that, as hereby amended, the aforesaid Ordinance #95-
6 is hereby in all respects, ratified, confirmed and approved.
