II AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #14 -11
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following corrective Amendment to the above - entitled Ordinance
be made in Section 1 thereof to include the additional clarifications provide herein below:
CROSSING GUARDS
Covered by the Collective Bargaining unit contract with Teamsters Local #97.
*Current top rate employees as of 2012
Effective January 1, 2013, top rate employees covered by the Collective Bargaining Unit
Contract with Teamsters Local 497 shall receive a 2% raise in their rate; Effective
January . 1, 2014, top rate employees covered by the Collective Bargaining Unit Contract
with Teamsters Local #97 shall receive a 2% raise in their rate; Effective January 1,
2015, top rate employees covered by the Collective Bargaining Unit Contract with
Teamsters Local #97 shall receive a 2% raise in their rate; Effective January 1, 2016, top
rate employees covered by the Collective Bargaining Unit Contract with Teamsters Local
#97 shall receive a 2% raise in their rate; Effective January`l, 2017, top rate employees
covered by the Collective Bargaining Unit Contract with Teamsters Local #97 shall
receive a 2% raise in their rate.
