APPROVING 2015 GEESE CONTROL CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has advised the Governing Body that geese control
services may be needed for various parks within the Borough; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has advised that said services are necessary for the safety and
well -being of the residents and employees of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that geese services shall be
provided by Geese Chasers, LLC to the above described at a cost not to exceed
$19,847.96 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Borough Engineer and the Borough's Purchasing Department to effectuate the purposes
expressed herein.
Adopted this 18 day of December, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the

GEESE CONTROL SERVICE FOR VARIOUS PARKS.
NOT TO EXCEED $19,847.96
According to the terms set forth in the Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set forth in the Resolution.
