Remote Participants : Chair Belinda Eyestone ; Members G . Howard Hayes & Diane

Call to Order : Ms . Eyestone called the meeting to order at 6 : 01pm .
Declaration of a Quorum : A quorum was present . All members were participating remotely
and confirmed that they could hear each other .
Meeting Participation Statement : Mr . Gallagher read the following meeting participation
statement .
This meeting will be conducted by remote participation pursuant to Governor Baker ' s
March 2020 orders suspending certain Open Meeting Law provisions and imposing limits
on public gatherings . No in-person meeting attendance will be permitted . If the Town is
unable to live broadcast this meeting, a record of the proceedings will be provided on the
Town website as soon as possible . The Town has established specific email addresses for
each board and committee so the public can submit comments either before or during the
meeting . To submit public comment or questions to the Board of Assessors , please email :
assessor@brewster-ma. gov . To view the :

Mr . Gallagher was monitoring the public comment/question email address and confirmed that no
questions or comments had been received .
Regular Session
• Report of the Deputy Assessor : Mr . Gallagher reported that tax bills are due November 12,
2020 and the abatement application deadline is November 12 , 2020 . Town Hall is open to
the public on Tuesday and Thursday, November 10 & 12 .
• Classified Land Applications : Mr . Gallagher reported that there are no pending
applications at this time . There are still two outstanding renewal applications and reminders
were sent last week .

• Review and approve Regular Session Meeting Minutes — October 27 , 2020e Mr . Hayes
moved to approve the October 27 , 2020 regular session minutes as presented . Ms . Eyestone
seconded the motion . Roll call vote : Hayes — Ayes Salomone — Ayes Eyestone — Aye ;
approved unanimously .

• Next Meetings : November 24 , December 14, December 29
• Executive Session (To comply with or act under the authority of any general or special law
or federal grant-in-aid requirements : MGL Chap 59 Sec . 60 and MGL Chap . 214 Sec . 1B) :
At 6 : 06pm Mr . Hayes moved to enter Executive Session for the reasons noted above, not to
return to regular session . Ms . Eyestone seconded the motion. Roll call vote : Hayes — Aye;
Salomone — Aye; Eyestone — Aye ; approved unanimously .
