7 . Trial evaluation of a few applications for 2021 funding
• Chair explains the process of using the evaluation form . This is not a decision making
exercise , it is a practice session because we do not have our MCC funding amounts .
Conflict of interest is potential for all members and must be described they recuse
themselves , do not discuss , and do not vote .
