Zoning Board This meeting will be conducted by remote participation pursuant to Governor Bakers March 2020 orders suspending certain Open Meeting Law
provisions and imposing limits on public gatherings. No in-person meeting attendance will be permitted . If the Town is unable to live broadcast

special permit from the provisions of Bylaws §179- 6 for alterations and renovations of a
pre-existing non-conforming dwelling creating additional habitable space and deck
areas . Existing dwelling proposed alterations and renovations are located within a
Wetlands Conservancy District (wetland soils) and within the 50' setback to a Coastal
Bank .
