AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE
FOR THE 2014 -2015 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the prop6r fee paid for
a TAXICAB DRIVER LICENSE for Safeway Taxi and Limo Inc. for the
2014 -2015 License Term by the following:
Daniel I. Odum
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an
investigation of the facts stated in the application and
recommends that a Taxicab Driver License by granted for the
2014 -2015 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab
Driver's License for the 2014 -2015 License Term to Daniel I. Odum
Adopted this 18 day of December, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 19` 2014.
