ORDINANCE NO. 52-2020
AN APPROPRIATION (TRANSFER) ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2020 BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for
calendar year 2020 on October 21, 2019 (Ordinance 39-2019); and
WHEREAS, It has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of
money to certain funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated to the following
funds:
Office of the City Cleric
Delete $ 200.00 from General Supplies 0101-0042-202-2410 ,
Delete $ 400.00.00 from Copier Charges 0101-0042-303-2120
Common Council
Delete $ 85.56 from Office Supplies 0101-0069-201-2130
Delete $ 337.48 from Copier Charges 0101-0069-201-2120
Add $ 1023.04 to Contractual Printing 0101-0042-303-3320
Passed and adopted this day of September, 2020, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
