RESOLUTION OF SUBMITTAL
BY THE TYBEE ISLAND CITY COUNCIL
Whereas, the City of Tybee Island, Georgia, has completed a Short Term Work Program Update; and
Whereas, this Short Term Work Program Update was prepared in accordance with the Minimum Planning Standards and Procedures for Local Comprehensive Planning established by the Georgia
Planning Act of 1989; and
Whereas, a public hearing was held on July 28, 2011,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Tybee Island City Council does hereby authorize the City Manager to transmit the Short Term Work Program Update to the Coastal Regional Commission
and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for review, as per the requirements of the Georgia Planning Act of 1989.
