CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
HILLSBOROUGH TOWN BOARD
Monday, March 12,2001
The Hillsborough Town Board held a Closed Session for the purpose of discussing potential
litigation on March 12,2001 in the Hillsborough Town Barn. Present for the Closed Session
were Mayor Protem Kenneth Chavious and Commissioners Frances Dancy, Mark Sheridan, and
Brian Lowen. Absent from the Closed Session was Mayor Horace H. Johnson, Sr. and
Commissioner Evelyn Lloyd. Staff present were Town Manager Eric Peterson, Town Clerk
Donna Armbrister, and Town Attorney Robert E. Hornik, Jr.
Mayor Protem Kenneth Chavious opened the Closed Session.
Town Manager Eric Peterson and Town Attorney Robert E. Hornik, Jr. updated the Board on the
Reservoir Condemnation Cases.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Lowen, seconded by Commissioner Sheridan, the Board
moved to return to Open Session by a vote of 4-0. The motion was declared passed.
