Steve called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.

Callie moved, and Tara seconded the motion to approve the Agenda. Motion carried:

i. Sarah to touch base with Billy to arrange location scouting.
b. Picnic In The Park — How Does The PAC/FVA Augment And
Leverage It For Fundraising
