Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
1. Rollcall: Mayor Philip Vandernail; Mayor Pro -Tem Eileen Waldow; Trustees; Brian
Cerkvenik, Kaydee Fisher, Lewis Gregory, Parnell Quinn and, Katie Soles
2. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Cerkvenik seconded the motion to approve the
agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes March 1, 2023
b) Resolution 2023-03-05 Surety Reduction for Rendezvous East Mountain

Trustee Quinn moved, and Trustee Cerkvenik seconded the motion to approve the
consent agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.
4. Open Forum:
5. Discussion and Possible Action:
a) Water Efficiency Plan
Cora Wiese Moore and Julie Koehler from Merrick presented.
The Water Efficiency Plan will be available on the town’s website. A public hearing to
approve the Water Efficiency Plan will be scheduled in the next sixty days.
b) Treasurer's Report, Finance Manager Rob Clemens

c) Ordinance 494 Amending Chapter 6, Article 1 Of the Fraser Municipal Code
Regarding Business Licenses
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve Ordinance
494 Amending Chapter 6, Article 1 Of the Fraser Municipal Code Regarding Business
Licenses. Motion carried: 7-0.
7. Updates
a) Trustee Quinn disclosed that Megan Luther of Simple Life Real Estate has been
hired to sell units at 461 Muse Drive.
b) Trustee Cerkvenik, CDOT will meet with him to drive HWY 40 and discuss the
potholes.
c) Ed Cannon, thank you and it’s been an honor to serve Fraser. This was Cannons
last meeting.
d) Mayor Vandernail welcomed Michael Brack as the new Town Manager for his first
meeting in his new role.
8. Adjourn:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 7-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
