HomeMy Public PortalAbout2RESOLUTION ~ - 2001 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3-2000, FIXING THE NUMBER AND COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, Richmond Power and Light has previously adopted Resolution No. 3-2000, by which Resolution salaries were established for all employees during the year 2000; and WHEREAS, the above Resolution did not contain the job classification of "Telecommunication Director" and "Information/Content Administrator"; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of RP&L to amend the above Resolution to allow for the job classification of "Telecommunication Director" and "Information/Content Administrator" for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2000, and ending September 30, 2001. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Resolution No. 3-2000 is hereby amended by adding the following section thereto: 1. The following shall be added to said resolution: In addition to the salaries established herein, the General manager is authorized to implement any two step-six month interval classification increase required to be provided to an employee pursuant to the employee's classification. In further addition to the salaries established herein, all employees shall also be entitled to the fringe benefits set forth within the employee policy manual. 2. The following job title, effective date, hourly rate, and biweekly pay shall be added to Schedule A of said resolution as indicated below: Job Title Effective Date Hourly Rate Biweekly Pay Telecommunication Director February 13, 2001 $29.93 $2,394.40 Information/Content Administrator April 1, 2001 $17.79 $1,423.20 3. Schedule A of said resolution shall be amended to reflect that the number of salaried employees is now 49.
