A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
TRACT MAP NO. 60989
WHEREAS, the development at 12226 Santa Fe Avenue requires the
preparation and recordation of Tract Map No. 60989; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map No. 60989 has been reviewed by the Los Angeles
County Engineer for accuracy and reviewed by staff for compliance with the State
Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance and the final map is now
ready for approval by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council finds the above recitals to be true and correct and
hereby approves Tract Map No. 60989.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6 day of November, 2012.
