COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,INDIANA,
OCTOBER 14,2020
The Common Council of the City of Richmond,Indiana,met in a meeting of the Committee of the
Whole in the Hutton Community Room in the City Municipal Building, 50 North 5th Street,
Richmond,Indiana.
Present were Councilors Doug Goss, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Bill Engle; Jeff Cappa; Jeffrey
Locke; Gary Turner;Jane Bumbalough; Ron Oler and Larry Parker.
Vice President Parker presided.
The purpose of this meeting was relative to the proposed 2021 Departmental budgets.
