Date of Adoption February 18, 1999
AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR A DUMP TRUCK
WHEREAS, there is a need fbr a dump truck in the Department of Public Works;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to authorize bids for
said dump truck.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the
Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise for a dump truck for the
Department of Public Works.
Adopted this 18th day of February, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on February 19, 1999.
