AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH RIDGE GLOBAL, LLC,
RE: MARrNA PROJECT
`.2EAS, the Borough of Carteret, ( "Borough "), requires expert consulting services with
to the proposed Marina Project at Carteret Waterfront Park; and
AS, Ridge Global, LLC, located at 1140 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Suite 510,
)n, DC, 20036, is uniquely qualified to provide the required expert consulting services
I with the operation of the proposed Carteret Marina and with regard to the permitting

SAS, the Borough has received a proposal from Ridge Global, LLC, to provide said
at a total cost not to exceed $5,000.00; and
IWHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have reviewed said proposal and the Borough Engineer has
recommended the approval of the same; and
W HEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be available for the

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret as follows:
1. The proposal from Ridge Global, LLC, to provide consulting services in
connection with the Proposed Marina Marine Risk Analysis at Carteret
Waterfront Park at a total cost not to exceed $5,000.00 is hereby approved,
and the Borough's Law Director is hereby authorized to enter into an
Agreement with Ridge Global in a form acceptable to him.
2. This action is approved as an award of a professional services contract
pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11- 5(1)(a) awarded pursuant to the Borough's Fair
and Open process as authorized by law.
3. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and CME Associates.

THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the following: PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT
REQUIRES EXPERT CONSULTING SERVICES WITH REGARD TO THE PROPOSED
MERINA /WATERFRONT PARK PROJECT.
NOT TO EXCEED $5,000.00
According to the terms set forth in the Resolution.
