PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COOKE AVENUE
DEVELOPERS FOR CONSTRUCTION AIANAGEMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, there is a need for construction management and administration services,
for various rehabilitation and redevelopment projects within the Borough; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is making provisions for payments of the various construction
components for these revitalizationfredevelopment projects regarding Borough
properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
I. That the Purchasing Department is hereby authorized and directed to
make installment payments to Cooke Avenue Developer's, LLC, in the
amount of $25,000.00 per month from January through December
2015 and upon the monthly approval of the same by the Borough
Director of Engineering.
2. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and Director of Engineering. -

and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 16, 2015.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION SERVICE VARIOUS REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECTS.
NOT TO EXCEED $300,000.00
According to the terms set forth in the Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set forth in the Resolution.
