HomeMy Public PortalAbout006-2001Resolution 6 -2001 WHEREAS, a Resolution is required to fix salaries and wages for all appointed officers and employees of the Richmond Sanitary . Department of Richmond, Indiana, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2002 and ending December 31, 2002. WHEREAS, the compensation fixed herein may not be increased during the budget year for which it is fixed but may be reduced by the Director for each appointive officer and employee. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary Department of . Richmond, Indiana, that the following appointed officers and employees of the Sanitary Department of Richmond, Indiana shall receive not more than the following salaries and wages for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2002and ending December 31, 2002.
