AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR A TORO INFIELD PRO TRACTOR
FOR THE PARKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Toro Infield Pro Model 5020 Twin Cylinder 18
H.P. Gas Motor Tractor with Rear Grader Box, 22 Tooth Scarifier, Drag Mat and
Carrier with Spring Rake for the Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to authorize bids for
said tractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the
Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise bids for a Toro Infield Pro
Model 5020 Twin Cylinder 18 H.P. Motor Tractor with Rear Grader Box, 22 Tooth
Scarifier, Drag Mat and Carrier with Spring Rake for the Parks Department.
Adopted this 18th day of February, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on February 19, 1999.
