will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the large Conference
room at the Richmond Power and Light Service Building, 2000 U.S. 27 South,
Richmond, Indiana.
The general substance of the matter to be discussed and/or proposed is as follows:
to receive information about and interview prospective employees. Pursuant to Indiana
Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
