An Ordinance Amending Section 200.19 Regarding Salaries of the Mayor
and Members of the City Council
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
SECTION I. Medina Code Section 200.19 is amended by deleting the stricken material and
adding the underlined material as follows:
Section 200.19. Council Salaries. Salaries of the mayor and members of the Ccity Ccouncil
members shall be established as follows:
Subd. 1. Mayor. The salary of the Mmayor shall be $27-7-00A99$4,250.00 per annum
commencing on the 1st day of January, 4-9$92007.
Subd. 2. Council members. The salary of each member of the Ecity
Ecouncil shall be $47809400$3,000.00 per annum commencing on the 1st day of January,
4-9&92007.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Medina this 15th day of August, 2006.
