The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session via video
conference on Thursday,April 16,2020.Ron Oler,Vice Chair,called the meeting to order at 7:02
p.m.
Members'present was Kelley Cruse-Nicholson,Bill Engle,Jeff Cappa,Jeffrey Locke,Jane
Bumbalough,Larry Parker,and Vice Chair Oler.Board members'Doug Goss and Gary Turner were
absent. Attending from Richmond Power was General Manager Randall Baker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the �.
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2b).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:39 p.m.
