AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
August 17, 2020
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on
Monday,August 17,2020 in the Law Department conference room at the City building, 50 North
5th Street, Richmond, IN. Gary Turner, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m.
Members' present was Larry Parker, Jeffrey Locke, Ron Oler, Jeff Cappa, Kelley Cruse-
Nicholson, Doug Goss, Bill Engle, Jane Bumbalough and Chair Gary Turner. Attending from
Richmond Power and Light was General Manager,Randall Baker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than
the subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 8:02 p.m.
