AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
January 23, 2019
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Thursday,
January 23,2020 in the large conference room at the Richmond Power and Light service building,
2000 U.S. 27 South,Richmond,IN. Gary Turner, Chair, called the meeting to order at 5:58 p.m.
Members' present was Jeffrey Locke, Ron Oler, Doug Goss, Bill Engle, Jeff Cappa, Jane
Bumbalough, Larry Parker and Chair Gary Turner. Board member Kelley Cruse-Nicholson was
absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was Tony Foster and General Manager Randall
Baker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:54 p.m.
