A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION IN THE
2001 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriation in the following departments in the 2001 budget for the City of Greencastle:
Department - Fire
$20,000.00 From 101007111 Salaries to 10 1007116 Overtime
$ 3,000.00 From 101007111 Salaries to 10 10073 62 General Repairs
$ 3,000.00 From 101007111 Salaries to 101007224 Boots, Foam Coats
$ 1,000.00 From 101007222 Tires, Tubes, Batteries to 101007237 Equipment Maintenance
$ 2,000.00 From 10 10073 15 Physicals to 10 100723 7 Equipment Maintenance
$ 1,000.00 From 101007316 Fire Extinquishers to 101007223 General Operating Supplies
$ 3,000.00 From 101007221 Gas, Oil, Lubricants to 101007224 Boots, Foam, Coats

The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
2001.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than the amount set out in the
budget as finally determined.
The Clerk- Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
copy of this Resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana
this 9th day of October 2001.
