A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS FROM PROPERTY APPRAISAL
COMPANIES FOR THE PURPOSES OF EVALUATING CITY OWNED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council is interested in appraising city owned property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering selling and leasing certain City
owned property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes staff to solicit proposals from
property appraisal companies for the purposes of evaluating city owned property:
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20 day of November, 2012.
