AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
November 9, 2020
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday,November 9, 2020
in the Auditorium at the Service Building. Chairperson Gary Turner called the meeting to order
at 6:00 p.m. Member's present was Jeffrey Locke, Jeff Cappa, Bill Engle, Doug Goss, Jane
Bumbalough,Larry Parker and Chairman Gary Turner. Board member Ron Oler attended
virtually. Board member Kelly Cruse-Nicholson was absent. Also attending from Richmond
Power and Light was Ben Phillips, Susan Alexander, Rich Cody, Sandra Lambert, Tony Foster
and General Manager Randy Baker.
1. Presentation of the proposed 2021 expense and capital budgets.
Assistant General Manager Tony Foster presented to the Board of Directors a
recap/review of 2020.
General Manager Randy Baker presented the proposed 2021 expense and capital budgets
to the Board of Directors.
Both budgets will be placed on the agenda for board approval December 7th, 2020.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
