AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF
CHAPTER 146 TITLED, "HOME IMPROVEMENT
CONTRACTORS", OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET.
BE, IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET that section 146-4 of Chapter 146 titled, "Home
Improvement Contractors," of the Code of the Borough of Carteret is hereby
amended as follows:
1) Section 146-4 A(1) Delete "fifty dollars"($50.) and replace it with
one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) in each instances.
2) Section 146-4A (2) Delete "thirty dollars ($30.) and replace it with
"fifty dollars" ($50.) in each instance.
3) Section 146-4A (3) Delete "ten dollars" ($10.) and replace it with
"twenty-five dollars ($25.).
BE, IT, FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance shall be advertised as
prescribed by law.
