THI YDENDUM, umber 1 to [R720ised] Contract No. 180-2019) is made and entered
into this day of �, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a
municipal corporation acting through its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at 50
North 5t' Street, Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Reynolds
Plumbing, Inc., 1134 NW "T" Street, Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter referred to as
"Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into [Revised] Contract No. 180-2019 on December 19,
2019 (hereinafter "Contract No. 180-2020" or "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, City wishes to continue to retain Contractor to continue to provide services in
connection with the general maintenance and plumbing repairs the City of Richmond
Fire Department as set forth within the scope of Contract No. 180-2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained,
including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
The City and Contractor executed and entered into Contract No. 180-2019, on
December 19, 2019. Pursuant to Contract No. 180-2019, Section IV Term of
Agreement, the City has an option to renew the Agreement for the one-year term for
the 2021 calendar year, which option is exercised pursuant to this Addendum.
Pursuant to Section XI Miscellaneous, the parties may alter the agreement in part at
any time by filing with the Agreement a written instrument setting forth such
changes, and the Parties wish to clarify that services rendered pursuant to said
Agreement is for maintenance occurring at Fire Stations No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and at the
Izzy Edelman Training Facility. Contractor shall continue to provide services in
connection with the same as identified within Contract No. 180-2019 for the 2021
calendar year. Such services shall be performed in a manner consistent with
Contract No. 180-2019, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part
hereof, at the same rates as set forth within said Agreement.
2. City and Contractor expressly agree that the City shall have an option to renew the
Agreement for the 2022 calendar year, as contained in Contract No. 180-2019, upon
the same terms and conditions therein.
City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and covenants
contained in Contract No. 180-2019, shall be applicable to the work performed
pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term, condition or covenant conflicts with
this Addendum Number 1, in which case this Addendum Number 1 shall be
controlling.

4. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the exercise of the option to
renew for the 2021 calendar year and with the exception of the clarification to the
stations and training center where work and services are to be performed, Contract
No. 180-2019 shall remain intact and unchanged and in full force and effect.
5. Both parties agree that any person executing this Contract in a representative capacity
hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her principal to
execute this Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Addendum is execute nd approved by the undersigned
