Carteret was called to order by Mayor Daniel J. Reiman, 6:00 P.M., Ja inry 29 2015
Thursday, January 29, 2014, Council Chambers, Memorial
Municipal Building, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey.
Upon Individual Roll Call Vote the following were noted present:
Councilmember Dennis DiMascio
It Randy Krum
Susan Naples
" Joseph W. Sitarz
Noted Absent were Councilmembers Vincent Bellino and Jorge
Diaz.
Also noted present was Kathleen M. Barney, Municipal Clerk and
Robert Bergen, Law Director.
The meeting was opened with a Minute of Silent Prayer and The
Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Daniel J. Reiman.

Upon MMS &C by Councilmembers Sitarz and Krum and MMUT S FOR APERWAL,
unanimous affirmative vote of the four (4) Councilmembers
present, the Minutes of January 4 and 15, 2015 were approved,
transcribed and engrossed by the Clerk.

BUILDINGS & GROUNDS — Committee Chairperson Naples
reported the department was very busy shoveling snow and
clearing the buildings.
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION: In the absence of Committee
Chairperson Diaz the Mayor reported Progress.
FIRE & DOMESTIC PREPAREDNESS: Committee Chairperson Krum
reported Progress.
PARKS, RECREATION & PUBLIC PROPERTY: In the absence of
Committee Chairperson Bellino the Mayor reported Progress.
POLICE: Committee Chairperson Sitarz reported Progress.
PUBLIC WORKS: Committee Chairperson DiMascio said the guys
did a great job. Progress.
BOARD OF EDUCATION: Committee Chairperson Naples reported
the Parent Advisory Committee has been formed.
