WHEREAS, there is a need for a POLICE DIRECTOR in the Police
Department of the Borough of Carteret; and
~, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret
to make said appointment.
NOW, THERE, BE IT AND IT IS H~MEBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that

is hereby appointed to the Position of POLICE DIRECIOR in the
Police Department of the Borough of Carteret, effective
March 1, 1999.
