WORKS AND SAFE'?'Y, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAVING PREPARED A 14ASTER PLAN, FOR THE RE-UEULOPiAMi'
OF ' THE CITY OF ' RICIR,4)ND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS,, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the
adoption of the existing 'ennual budget so that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money for the various functions of the City Dove o
ment in the annual budget.
SECTIOIN 1, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmodd,
Indianan, that for the expenses of the City government and its institu-
tions for the year ending December 31, 19 63 4 the following amount: of
money is hereby appropriated and set apart out: of the fund named and for
the purpose specified, said suss being subject to all laws governing the
same. Such amounts appropriated shall be held to include all expendi.
tures authorized to be made.during the year, unless expressly stipu-
lated by law,,
SECTION 2., That for said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated
