with any additional square footage or building bulk, but may be repaired,
maintained and upgraded provided the total cost of such improvements in any
five -year time period do not exceed 50% of the replacement value of the
structure based upon the building construction valuation guidesheet set forth in
the applicable Building Code as determined by the Building Official or the
Community Development Director. Any decision of the Building Official or the
Community Development Director shall be appealable to the Planning
Commission and any decision the Planning Commission may be appealed to City
Council.
SECTION 9275 PERMITTED ALTERATIONS AND /OR ADDITIONS TO
NONCONFORMING BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES
1. R -1 and R -2 Structural Changes
