PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of Medi-
na has adopted Ordinance No. 413.
The ordinance amends sections of
the code which establish standards
for certain conditional uses. The ordi-
nance makes minor revisions to the
standards applicable to home occu-
pations. It establishes 14 new stand-
ards and revises existing standards
for cemeteries within the residential
districts. New standards establish
setbacks and height limitations for
objects within the cemetery, require
adoption of a master plan for build -
out of the cemetery over time and
compliance with laws requiring es-
tablishment of perpetual care funds
for maintenance of the cemetery and
authorize the city to require addition-
al standards if conditions warrant. A
copy of the complete ordinance is
available from the city administrator -
clerk at Medina city hall.
