DEPARTFWT BUDGET T.O'PAY SALARY (F CLERKAUTYPIST.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the
adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary t�
appropriate more money for the various functions of ttie City Govern-
ment in the. annual budgetc,
SECTION 1, BE IT ORDAINED by the Gommon Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that for the expenses of the City governalent and its instltu-
tionr. for the year ending, December 31, 19 63� the following amount of
