WHEREAS,, certain extraordinary ematgencies have, developed SiTICG the
adoption of 'tbe existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money for tlne'-various functions of the City Govern-
ment in the annual budget.,,
SECT10111 1, BE IT ORDAINED by the CoTlajon Council of the City of Richrx-ioed,.
Indiana, that for the expenses of the City government and its institu-
tions for the year ending December 31� 19 63 , the following amount of
money is hereby appropriated and set apart: out of the -Band n8aied and for
the purpose specified,, saaidsum being subject to all laws governing the
sefflac. Such amounts appropr-Lated shall be bald to include all expendi-
tures authorized to be ma,_e during the yeary tinless expressly stipu-
lated by law.
SECTION 2, That for said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated,
