PARK PAYROLL I (PARK DEPARDMENT BUDGET)
WKMRG� certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it it now necessary to appropriate more money for the
varioue functions of the City Gowerrment than was appropriated in the annual budget.
SECTION 1. DE IT ORDAINED BY THE CC�;CN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, DaUn, that
for the expenses of the City Goverment and its institutionig for the year ending
December 31, 19fiafl the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the fund named and for the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to all
laws governing the same., Such amounts appropriated shall be held to include all ex-
penditures authorized to be made during the year, unless eApressly stipulated by law.
