RESOLUTION TO (;O INTO CLOSED SESSION
WllEREAS, Section 8 of the Open I>ublic Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permils the exclusion of the public flora a meeting i. certain circumstances; and
WI1EREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;

1. The public shall be excluded fi'om atlending, discussin§ or participating in the
