ZONING ORDINANCE OF RICHMOND9 INDIANA APPROVED APRIL 219 1953-
DE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the'City of Richmond9 Indiana.
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No,-, 1.472-1953, Commonly Icaown as the Zoning
Ordinance of Richmond9 said the Zone map made a part thereof,, described and

A part of the northwest quarter of Section 28, ToUmship 14 ego 1 West, bounded and
described as follows: Beginning M.31 feet south of the northwest corner, of said north
west quarter: running thence east 300.00 feet: thence north 150*00 feet; thence west 300.00
feet; thence south 150.00 feet, to the place of beginning.
WHEREAS9 It is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said
