WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that It is non? necessary to appropriate more money for 'the
various functions of the City Government in the annual budget.
SECTION to BE IT ORDAINID by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indian—P,
that for the expenses o-F the City government and its institutions for the .year
ending December 31, 19-2�62 —, the following amount of money is hereby appropriated
and set apart out of the fund named and for the purpose specified, said sum being subject
subject to all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be hold
to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly
stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for said fiscal period,, there is hereby appropriated the following
specified amount to -meet the extraordinary,emergency hereby declared to exist;
