TAXE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAI MD BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFF
RIC :MO_,1D, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA.
SECTION: 1. That the following described territory be
annexed to and declared to be part of said City of Richmond,
Indiana:
Being a part of the Southeast and Southwest
Quarters of Section Thirty-five (35), Township
Fourteen (14) North, Range One (1) West, and a
part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Two (2),
Township Thirteen (13) North, Range One (1) West,
in ,Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana, and
be-L,ig more particularly described as follows:
Beginniny at a point in the east line of the
southwest quarter of section thirty-five (35),
township fourteen (14) north, range one (1) west,
said point being one hundred ti.irty-one and eighty
hundredths (1-31.80) feet north of the southeast
corner of said southwest quarter, and running
thence, from said beginnin4 point, west, twenty-
five (25) feet; tnence south zero (0) degrees and
thirty-eight (38) minutes west, parallel to the
east line of said southwest gi.iarter, one hundred
t: irty-one and eighty 'nundredtt�s (131.80) feet to
a point in the south line of said southwest quarter;
thence south zero (0) degrees and four (04) minutes
west, parallel to the present centerline of the
,;arwood Road, eight hundred ninety-six and fifty
nur,dredths (896.50) feet; thence south eighty-nine
(89) degrees and fifty-six (56) minutes east, four
hundred fifty (450) feet; thence north zero (0)
degrees and four (04) minutes east, parallel to the
centerline of said Garwood Road, one thousand
seventeen and sixty-seven hundredths (1017.67) feet
to a point in the south Corporation Line of the City
of Richmond, Indiana; thence north eighty-eight (88)
degrees and thirty-four (34) minutes west, along
said south Corporation Line, a distance of four
.;1)-:dred fifty (450) feet to .the place of 'begin-iing,
contai•iin;,3 a total area of ten and fifty-three
tiu-idredi ns (10.53) acres, more or less, there being

southwest quarter of section thirty-five (35),

twenty-two hundredths (9.22) acres, more or
less, in the northeast quarter of northeast
quarter of section two (2), township thirteen
(13) north, range one (1) west, all being in
Mayne Township, Mayne County. Indiana.
BECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and
publication as by law required.
